Form3 closed $60M Series C round

Form3, a London-based payment technology company, closed its Series C funding round at $220 million. The final $60 million tranche was led by British Patient Capital, with participation from Visa, Goldman Sachs, Mastercard, Barclays, Molten Ventures, and 83North.

Form3 provides a cloud-native, API-based payment platform that enables financial institutions to securely and efficiently run and scale their payments infrastructure. The company plans to use the funding to fuel its global expansion, including a significant push into the U.S. market, and to develop new products and services. Form3 aims to help financial institutions modernize their payment systems, moving away from legacy infrastructure to real-time, cloud-native solutions.
