Forterra closed $75M Series B round

Forterra, a self-driving technology company based in Clarksburg, MD, raised $75 million in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Moore Strategic Ventures, XYZ Venture Capital, and Hedosophia, with participation from Standard Investments, Enlightenment Capital, Crescent Cove Advisors, and Four More Capital.

Forterra develops autonomous driving systems, known as AutoDrive®, for defense and industrial applications. The company plans to use the new funding to accelerate and scale the deployment of its autonomous driving system with customers in these sectors, aiming to improve safety and efficiency.
