Versana closed $26M funding round

Versana LLC closed a $26 million capital raise on September 10, 2024. New investor Barclays PLC joined existing investors Bank of America Corporation, Citigroup Inc., Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo & Company in this funding round.

Versana is an industry-backed digital data and technology company focused on transforming the syndicated loan and private credit markets. By digitally capturing agent banks' corporate loan data on a real-time basis, Versana's centralized platform provides transparency into global loan level details and lender portfolio positions, aiming to bring efficiency and velocity to the asset class. The company plans to use the new funds to accelerate its growth plans and expand globally, including into the U.K. and European markets.
